Hoosier Heritage Fall Tour
Schedule of Events:October 2nd - 3rd ~ Rome Courthouse Days
Saturday the Courthouse grounds are open to the public to set up their own yard sale booth. Refreshments and concessions will be available. Sunday, Fried Chicken Dinners starting at 11:00 am. Live music from 12:00 – 3:00 pm. Crafts and fun for all. 812-836-2971.
October 3 ~ The Historic Rickenbaugh House on Lake Celina
Sponsored by the Hoosier National Forest, the renovated house will be open for tours. For more information call 812-547-7051.
October 9th ~ Cannelton Heritage Festival
Food and vendor booths will be located on Washington Street in Cannelton. Local musicians will perform throughout the day. Wine tasting with regional wineries, guided historical walking tour, pumpkin painting and other children actives. Artisans and craftsmen will be demonstrating their skills. October 10 ~ 21st Annual Bristow Octoberfest and Car Show
Street Rod, Antiques & Classic Car and Truck Show, over 700 cars. Biscuit & gravy breakfast served during a 9am performance by The Cowan Boys. Smokey McCoy performs at 12 noon.
