What are the minimum computer requirements for connecting to the Internet?
Windows 98 or higher
Pentium II/333 mhz processor
32 MB RAM
28,800 bps modem
How soon can I connect to the Internet?
Signed applications received in our St. Meinrad office by 2:00 pm EST will be connected after 4:00 pm EST the same day. Otherwise, the account will be connected after 4:00 pm the next business day (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays).
Applications can be faxed or mailed to our office. Call our Customer Service Representatives and they will be happy to fax you an application. Our fax number is (812) 357-2211.
Do you take credit cards? What are my payment options?
At this time we accept credit cards for payment on accounts.
Invoices are mailed on or before the 1st of the month for service the following month (invoices for service on January 1 - 31 are mailed on or before January 1st).
Payment is due on the 14th of the month.
Automatic bank deduct from your checking account can be arranged by completing the Automatic Bank Deduct Form and mailing or faxing the form to our office. Bank deductions are made on the 10th of the month.
Can I set up an account over the phone?
Since accounts require a signed application, we cannot set up accounts over the phone.
How do I switch plans?
Call your PSC Customer Service Representative at 1-800-511-4899 to discuss your options. Depending on your current plan, they can tell you what plans are available and which will incur additional charges.
Removing PSC Long Distance as your long distance carrier may increase your monthly internet service charge.
