If Your First Bill Is Higher Than Expected
Each bill contains REGULAR charges for the coming month's regular services. If a new service has been recently added to your account, the charges for the days of service that have occurred since the previous bill and the bill for the coming month will be pro-rated for the correct number of days and added to the bill. This will be in addition to the regular charges for the coming month. When displayed on the bill, each service is billed showing a date range for the charge. Looking at the date range for the charges will help the customer better understand which charges are the regular monthly charges that will be the normal cost in the future and which charges are the pro-rated charges that naturally occur when new services are added in the middle of a billing cycle.
