The answers to many common problems with Internet Explorer, your connection and Internet Mail can be found in PSC's Help Center. Also, you program's help file may answer your questions; just press the F1 key while in your program to access this helpful feature.

PSC Technical Support e-mail is monitored Monday-Friday, 8am - 4:30pm EST. If you send a support request after these times, you will receive a response (e-mail or phone) the next business day. When sending e-mail, it is HIGHLY recommended that you use the form below, so you can provide your Technical Support technician with as much information as possible, and we can help you in a more timely manner.
